Shipping

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 1 to 3 days.

Estimated shipping times

Greece: 1-3 business days

Europe: 2-4 business days

Everywhere else 3-5 business days

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the Hellenic Post Services.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or any other cost that may arise.

Returns & exchanges

We do accept returns

Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery

We don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Payment through paypal, the fastest and most secure way for online transactions.
By choosing paying through paypal, you automatically get transferred in a totally secure payment platform. You will be requested to enter your credit card information or, if you are already a paypal user, to log in to your account. Resail has nothing to do with the information of your credit card. We only receive the transaction authorization from paypal. To make use of the paypal service, it is not necessary to have a paypal account.
